♥bbiT DIY-啤酒柠檬芝士蛋糕♥
昨天吖
烤了这个蛋糕``当作母亲节蛋糕~
第1次做这款蛋糕~第1次做烘烤的芝士蛋糕~第1次使用水浴法
唉很麻烦啦~又要做饼底~成本又高
以后会很少做芝士蛋糕了~
食谱原自阿丰美食心厨房
[-啤酒柠檬芝士蛋糕-]
切块的蛋糕--一口吃cheese cake
觉得芝士硬了些
是为什么吖。。要去问高手了
家人的评语有好有坏~
我个人觉得这款及格了拉
哈哈
烤好冷藏后脱模咯

i think u've put in too much gelatine..
maybe nxt time u try to reduce it.
